  • Faster access to revenue
  • Better realization in gross revenue
  • Less cost associated with collection of revenue (i.e., decreased overhead)
  • Patient satisfaction levels increase with fewer questions and complaints about the administrative portion oftheir visit


Each quarter, we look at those sites that accomplished this goal for each month in the quarter. The candidates must also:

  • Submit at least 200 claims per month
  • Maximize their EDT rate for transactions
  • Utilize the Gateway EDI website
  • Demonstrate a low "Average Days to File" rate
  • Be a Gateway EDI customer for over 6 months


The clients meeting these criteria are highlighted in newsletters and external press and asked to share their successes for publication.
